People do things for different reasons. To prevent or resolve conflict, one of the lines of action is to allow for explanation from the person whom we think has done wrong. Through this act, we will be able to speak more wisely only when the subject matter is clearly understood.

In any organization, one should not be too quick to interfere into matters on which they have got little knowledge or understanding, as this could give rise to futher misunderstanding, and ultimately conflict.

  • Private opinion and feedbacks from staff

In some cases, organizations may create platforms where staff can give answers to questions. Also, staff can write on the various issues arising within and outside the organization. Meanwhile, staff may be recommended to anonymously write and submit their opinions in an opinion box within the organization.
